The Story of Jenin (also called: "Jenin: From Beginning to Now" (2024)

The film "Jenin: From Beginning to Now" sheds light on the Jenin refugee camp, exploring the suffering of its refugee residents and the difficulties of life given the limited space and resources. It provides a picture of the daily struggles of the residents, including the cessation of support and supplies by the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA). Despite all the existing challenges, the camp's residents strive to move forward in their lives, living between death and hope.

The film is composed of three documentary episodes, depicting the lives of Palestinians inside the Jenin camp and its city over the past two years. The Jenin camp is located in the northern part of the West Bank and is home to approximately 16,000 people. The film aims to document the lives of Palestinians in the camp from about two years ago to the present, highlighting their daily struggles and the ongoing hardships they face.
