AL NAWSS “The quiver of the branch by the wind” is a film about a Palestinian refugee questioning his yearning and belonging for a place he does not even know. Shot on 35mm and produced it 1998, Al Nawss is a short hybrid fiction, documentary and experimental film. The film produced by the national film centre in Egypt “experimental film unite”, participated in many international film festival and won the Shady Abdelsalam .

Winner of First Work Prize, Ismailia International Film Festival for Documentary Egypt, 1989.
