destroyed Palestinian village of Kafr Bir'im, about village history and the
unique struggle of its residents to return. The film, set in the village's
cemetery and featuring Issa's distinctive spoken word poetry, demonstrates
Palestinians' deep connection to their land and the agony of dispossession.
